Hello, again! My name is Kathryn Buchanan from Dr. Strange’s EDM 310 class. I think this is a great way to introduce a class to probability. I remember, as a student learning probability, wondering how likely it was for someone to win the lottery. This can be a fun example showing children just how unlikely it may be. It also can get the students involved in a hands-on online activity. They could get the chance to go online and try it for themselves. Maybe they could even find related links that show other aspects of probability like card playing and dice. Thank you for letting me read your blog!
Hello it’s me, Edward from Dr. Strange’s EDM 310 class. it sounds like a great way to help the students grasp the concept of probability. Half the problem in a math class is to help the student grasp the concept because ,in my opinion, once you learn the concept applying it should come naturally to the student.
